Weselisko bylo huczne, niestety, zadne pamiatki nie zachowaly sie :-). Za to potem przewloczylismy sie troche przez Kalifornie, jak dluga i szeroka (bardziej dluga niz szeroka).

Najpiewrw zdjecia z okolic Los Angeles - oto molo nad Pacyfikiem. Welcome to Los Angeles! Here we are on one of the piers.
A tak wyglada jedna z taksowek. We didn't have time, but this was the ferry to Catalina.
Przy nabrzezu stoi Queen Mary oraz rosyjska lodz podwodna oraz Grzes na wadze. Unfortunately, Greg weighed too much to be let aboard the U.S. Mary.
Trafilismy takze do tutejszego muzeum lotnictwa. Maja niezle eksponaty - oto Vari-Ez, jeden z najslynniejszych samolotow zbudowanych w domu. A na drugim obrazku mozecie podziwiac wyobraznie malarza-artysty And then we went to visit an airplane museum. Cool paint job, huh?
Ropa ciagle jest tu pod powierzchnia. Te pompy ciagle pracuja. There were working oil wells alongside the highway.

Nastepny przystanek to misja San Juan Capistrano. Najstarsza misja w Kalifornii i jeden z najstarszych budynkow w USA. Zakompleksieni na punkcie historii tubylcy tlumnie odwiedzaja owe antyczne miejsce. We also went to visit San Juan Capistrano - the first of 21 missions along the coast of California. Here is the original church, under reconstruction.
Takie wzorki mozna bylo zobaczyc na scianie. There were also displays of common artwork that would have been found in the original church.
A dzwony to zupelnie jak z Zorro. These are the four original bells.
Pare widokow z wewnetrznego dziedzinca. The mission surrounded a lovely garden area.
Wrzos w bocznej nawie kosciola oraz inne ukwiecone zdjecia. Kwiaty byly naprawde ladne. There were many beautiful flowers. These missions were entirely self-sustaining, so there were original ovens, metal smithy's, etc.
Ta kopula, to nowy kosciol parafialny, zbudowany niedawno jako replika tego poprzedniego, zniszczonego przez trzesienie ziemi Here is the dome of the new church which was built as an exact replica of the original.
Ostatnie zdjecie z tej serii - szkolka parafialna - tez ma niezly klimat... This is the school attached to the mission.

Tu powinna byc wstawka z wesela, ktorej nie mamy (zbyt duzo alkoholu sie polalo).

A tu prosze szanownej wycieczki, jeden z rekinow finansjery, magnat prasowy pan Hearst zbudowal sobie letnia rezydencje Here are some lovely photos of Hearst Castle. Built for William Randolph Hearst, the publishing tycoon - this castle is located 5 miles up the mountain and aproximately 3 miles from the shore.
Poniewaz mial duzo pieniazkow i nawet niezly gust, ponapychal dom i okolice sztuka (niektora badzo stara). Oto trzy gracje. There were beautiful gardens.
A to ja przed wejsciem do goscinnego apartamentu (cos chyba 18 pokoi). This is one of the three guest houses that surround the gardens. Each guest house has 18 rooms, and no kitchen. All guests had to join the others in the main house for meals.
Dwa widoczki na basen - oczywiscie podgrzewany. Oprocz tego jest tez drugi, kryty. The pool was beautiful!
Dwa widoki z boku. Naprawde warto sie tam wybrac. Zerknijcie zreszta sami. Here are a couple of shots of the towers in the main house.
Widok ze wzgorza tez bardzo mily. Pan Hearst mogl sobie ogladac swoje wlosci - byl wlascicielem okolo 160 km wybrzeza. Niestety jest troche zamglenia. On one side of the castle you could see the coastline, the other looked to beautiful mountains.
